Freeport Jet Wash operates a factory authorized Jaguar,
Land Rover, Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Mitsubishi and
Nissan service department supported by the most advanced
diagnostic technology available. Our exceptionally modern
service department can competently complete any and all
repairs on your vehicle, with the right tools, and trained
staff.
The service department has a full compliment of Licensed
Technologists, Technicians, Apprentices, and Mechanics
supported by a Service Manager with 29 years as a Licensed
Master Mechanic, a Lead Technician who is a Ford Master
Tech. and a Licensed Land Rover Jaguar Technologist, who
handle troubleshooting, diagnostics and the monitoring of
all repairs. To further serve you better we also have two
full time Service Advisors and a Service Controller.
Under the guidance of our Service Manager and Educational Facilitator we
actively promote and support a five year apprenticeship
programme, developing the highest skilled repair force on
the island, and preparing apprentices to challenge the
exams for licensing.
Customers may call in to discuss problems or stop by the
service department between 8am and 5pm daily.
Freeport Jet Wash offers an in house drop off service
to customers leaving their vehicles; this can be
pre-arranged or done directly when you come in.
Daily services are provided from an oil change, full deluxe tune up, to a
complete brake rebuild. All vehicles are serviced from a
queue of first in first serviced for drive ups, we encourage
appointments to expedite the process in a more efficient
manner, with oil and lube services
performed by a dedicated team to shorten the wait.
All major work must be authorized by the vehicles owner. Freeport Jet
Wash will provide an estimate of the cost to the
customer before major work is performed. Best of all, we
stand behind our repairs, “Fixed Right Fast, The First Time,
